Recommend a Friend Voucher Terms & Conditions

By referring someone to Tenants Advice, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Tenants Advice offers a £50 voucher for each successful referral that meets the qualifying criteria outlined below.

To qualify for a voucher:

• The person referred must be a new enquiry to Tenants Advice.
• The referred person must provide the required information for their enquiry to be assessed.
• The referral must be accepted by Tenants Advice and sent to a solicitor.
• Referrals that are not sent to a solicitor will not qualify for a voucher.

2. Voucher Reward

A £50 voucher will be issued for each qualifying referral.

Vouchers are provided through Prezzee. Any voucher requested must be selected from the available vendor list provided by Prezzee at the time the voucher is issued.

Tenants Advice is not responsible if a specific retailer, brand, or vendor is unavailable through Prezzee.

3. When Vouchers Are Issued

The voucher will only be issued once the referred enquiry has been reviewed and successfully sent to a solicitor.

No voucher will be issued for referrals that:

• Do not meet the required eligibility criteria.
• Are duplicates or already known to Tenants Advice.
• Do not provide enough information to progress.
• Are not suitable to be sent to a solicitor.
• Are withdrawn, invalid, or fraudulent.

4. Referral Requirements

The person making the referral must ensure the referred person is happy for their details to be passed to Tenants Advice.

By submitting a referral, you confirm that:

• The referred person has agreed to be contacted by Tenants Advice.
• The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You understand that a voucher is only payable if the referral is sent to a solicitor.

5. Voucher Use

Vouchers are subject to Prezzee’s own terms, conditions, expiry dates, and retailer availability.

Tenants Advice is not responsible for:

• Lost or expired vouchers.
• Incorrect email addresses or contact details provided.
• Changes to Prezzee’s available vendor list.
• Issues relating to a chosen retailer’s own voucher terms.

6. No Cash Alternative

There is no cash alternative available. The £50 reward will only be provided as a voucher through Prezzee.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred once issued.

7. Fraudulent or Misleading Referrals

Tenants Advice reserves the right to refuse a voucher where we believe a referral is false, misleading, duplicated, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith.

8. Changes to the Scheme

Tenants Advice reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw the Recommend a Friend voucher scheme at any time without prior notice.

Any referrals submitted before changes are made will be assessed under the terms in place at the time of referral.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By referring someone to Tenants Advice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
