Who We Are

Founded in 2016, Tenants Advice is a dedicated team committed to supporting tenants with clear, straightforward guidance on housing issues. We work with individuals and partner organisations across England & Wales to help people access the information and support they need.

We know that dealing with a disrepair issue can be stressful, especially when it affects your home and your family’s day-to-day life. That’s why we focus on making the process simple to understand from the very first conversation – no jargon, no confusion, just clear guidance on what’s involved and what to expect.

Our team of caseworkers, resident liaison officers, and housing conditions surveyors work together to make sure every tenant we support is heard, informed, and treated fairly.
